
Senior Sales Executive

Core Responsibilities:
Service Partner Acquisition:
Identify and target potential service partners (plumbers, electricians, appliance repair technicians, etc.) in the specified cities.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new service providers.
Conduct market research to understand the local service provider landscape and identify key players.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified service partners.
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and local community gatherings to generate leads.
Partner Enrollment and Onboarding:
Explain the benefits of partnering with and address any concerns.
Guide service providers through the enrollment process, ensuring they meet the platform's requirements.
Verify the credentials and qualifications of potential partners.
Handle contract negotiations and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Partner Training and Development:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new service partners on how to use the platform.
Educate partners on best practices for customer service, job completion, and payment processing.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to help partners succeed on the platform.
Train on the usage of any app the partners will use.
Provide training regarding pricing expectations, and service quality expectations.
Provide training regarding how to handle customer complaints.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with service partners.
Act as a point of contact for partner inquiries and issues.
Monitor partner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Address partner concerns and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Market Expansion Support:
Assist in the expansion of 's services to new cities.
Provide local market insights and identify potential service partners in new areas.
Help to establish 's presence in new markets.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner acquisition and performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
