**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Provide clients with detailed information on properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **3-4 years of experience in real estate sales**.
- Proven track record of successful sales and revenue generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
