Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Branch Banking team as a Branch Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth individuals and businesses, fostering strong relationships, and maximizing cross-selling opportunities across our product suite.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a robust network of high-value customers, including HNIs and businesses, through proactive outreach and relationship management.
  • Identify and target potential customers, conducting thorough research and analysis to understand their financial needs and preferences.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions and proposals to meet the unique requirements of each customer, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services, including deposits, loans, investment options, and wealth management solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, operations, and back-office, to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and service improvement.
  • Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the bank and establish its presence in the market.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of high-value customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions effectively.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
