We are looking for a dynamic
Accounting Professional
with strong expertise in
Fixed Assets
and advanced proficiency in
Excel and Macros
to drive automation within our finance processes. This individual will play a key role in managing the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, improving efficiency, and building tools that scale with a fast-paced tech organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the complete fixed assets accounting cycle, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate fixed asset registers in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Design and implement Excel-based automation templates, macros, and process improvement tools for fixed asset and related accounting activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, FP&A, Procurement, and IT) to ensure proper asset tracking and integration into financial systems.
  • Automate recurring accounting processes and reporting dashboards to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner with auditors (internal & external) during audits, ensuring compliance and delivering required schedules.
  • Provide insights through data analysis and reporting on asset utilization, depreciation trends, and process improvements.
  • Support ERP enhancements, process documentation, and controls related to fixed assets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / CPA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 4–7 years of experience in accounting with strong exposure to fixed asset management in a
    tech company or high-growth industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or IND AS) related to assets.
  • Advanced Excel skills with expertise in
    macros, VBA, and automation
    for financial reporting and reconciliations.
  • Prior experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
