Job Responsibility

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sr. sales Executive with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
  • Present and promote products/services to potential clients
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Submit reports and forecasts to management as required

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in Sales role (B2B or B2C sales).
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
