Job Title: Logistics Manager - Medical Devices

Location - Madhavaram , Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team in Chennai, responsible for managing the logistics and supply chain operations for our medical devices business. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of medical device regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Logistics Operations: Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

- Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, including storage, handling, and transportation requirements.

- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize logistics costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the medical device industry.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.

- Knowledge of medical device regulations and requirements.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
