Our quick commerce platform allows mechanics to order spare parts for two-wheelers directly to their workshops, offering the widest selection of parts at competitive prices. As the two-wheeler market evolves with the influx of electric vehicles, we aim to future-proof mechanics by training them on new technologies and spare parts.

We launched in NCR in February 2024 and are already seeing significant traction among mechanics.

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic team player in analyst role who will support in our mission of providing exceptional service to our mechanics. This will give you the opportunity to work at a high growth early-stage startup which is disrupting the traditional and informal automotive aftermarket by leveraging technology. With high growth come unique challenges which will require you to use your problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving/Dispatch Goods :- Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Process Monitoring :- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing.
• Goods Specification: Ensure material coming in which sorting as per specifications Defined by customers prospected & receive and storage in which specify temperature.
• Inventory Management :- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage systems.
• Warehouse Cost Planning :- Ensure costing should be on facility sale/dispatch value and manage the manpower/General & Administrative expense accordingly.
• Logistic Cost Planning :- Ensure logistic cost planning manage on demand. Manage the cost fix vehicle cost and flexural vehicle and optimization of distribution network.
• System Implementation :- Drive on the ground implementation of new
• technology/System/Process for the supply chain operation.
• Staff Training :- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Fill Rate: Ensure maintain the 100% fill rate as per demand.
• Wastage Control : Tracking wastage material on SKU wise with temperature storage and Ensure at the time of receiving, do sorting & grading and check quality.
• Cycle Count :- Ensure doing Stock count on twice in a day and If find any discrepancy so, mark dump/weight loss in the system and send the remarks to finance.
• MIS :- Controlling MIS (Management Information System) of the warehouse on daily basis for GRN, PRN, Wastage, Fallrate, Discrepancy, inbound/outbound detail and sent to Operation Business Head.
