Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Lead Developer with expertise in Camunda 8 to join our team onsite in Hyderabad. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of workflow applications using the Camunda 8 platform. Responsibilities include building efficient, scalable, and robust solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with software development best practices. You will also mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical strategy and architecture discussions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Camunda 8, BPMN, and workflow automation tools
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
  • Proficiency in microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Solid understanding of database design, SQL, and experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
