Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the PR tagging logic as per the target audience requirements.
  • Convert the tagging logic to a PR script.
  • Deploy courses and create certifications and curriculums.
  • Provide L3 query support and conduct SABA/LMS quarterly update testing.
  • Manage security roles and documentation.
  • Debug interfaces between HRMS and LMS.
  • Prepare Excel dashboards and configure notifications while identifying root causes of issues (RCA).
  • Inspect people feed daily to ensure the creation/update of user profiles and resolve errors.
  • Offer solutions to the business for rolling out trainings and implement complex criteria in PR to meet customer expectations.
  • Follow Points of Interest (PoIs) and processes of the bank.
  • Design and analyze analytics reports.

Experience Requirement:

  • 3 - 8 years of experience in LMS administration, learning management systems, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and managing courses, certifications, and curriculums.
  • Experience providing L3 support and troubleshooting technical issues in LMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with HRMS integrations and debugging interfaces between HR systems and LMS.
  • Experience preparing dashboards, reports, and analytics for learning management and training performance.
  • Exposure to managing security roles, notifications, and user profile management in large-scale systems.
  • Knowledge of implementing training solutions that align with business requirements and compliance standards.

Education: Any Graduation.
