Job Summary:

The District Manager E-Rickshaw (NBFC) will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with e-rickshaw owners, drivers, and dealers to promote NBFC financing solutions. The role involves driving loan disbursal, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth in the electric vehicle financing sector through effective relationship management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with e-rickshaw owners, drivers, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and generate new business leads for e-rickshaw loans by networking E-Rickshaw dealers.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end loan process including customer on-boarding, application assistance, documentation, verification, and loan disbursal.
  • Coordinate closely with credit, verification, disbursal, and collections teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.
  • Conduct field visits to verify customer details, monitor loan utilization, and offer on-ground support.
  • Address customer queries, grievances, and provide post-loan disbursal support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor loan repayments and collaborate with recovery teams to minimize defaults.
  • Educate & liaison with customers on loan terms, repayment schedules, government subsidies, and benefits of timely repayment of the loan EMIs
