Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Requirement: Good command of English (written & spoken)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and finalize accounts, including balance sheet and profit & loss statements.
  • Handle GST (returns, filing, reconciliation, input credit, refunds, etc.).
  • Manage TDS, Professional Tax, Advance Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain and update records in Tally ERP with accuracy.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
  • Oversee payroll processing, PF, and ESI compliance (if applicable).
  • Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company financial data.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
  • Hands-on experience in GST & TDS compliance.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Good communication skills in English.
