Location: Sector 62, Noida

Shift: Night Shifts | Fixed Off – Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send out claims through clearing houses (Vyne/Dental Exchange) with appropriate attachments.

• Accurately batch dental claims and attach relevant supporting documents.

• Identify and verify correct claim attachments, including X-rays, Tooth Numbers, PA, BW, Pre-OP, and Post-OP.

• Work efficiently on dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve claim processing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in claim batching with strong attachment knowledge.

• Proficiency in identifying X-rays and related dental documentation.

• Hands-on experience in Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft.

• Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation standards.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with a focus on accuracy.
