Role Overview

As an
RCM Advisor (Insurance Verification Specialist)
, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of insurance claims, eligibility verification, and patient coverage assessments.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Perform Insurance Verification for dental services across various US-based dental practices.

Accurately document verification results and update patient records in dental software systems.

Plan creation within PMS

Ensure all processes adhere to HIPAA compliance and maintain strict patient data confidentiality.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate insurance-related updates.

What We're Looking For

06 months - 2 years of experience in Eligibility Verification / Insurance Verification (Dental RCM only)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Familiarity with dental procedures and insurance regulations

Familiar with HIPAA regulations and healthcare documentation standards.
