Role Description

Esme Consumer is hiring a full-time Technical Trainer for an on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Technical Trainer will play a crucial role in designing and delivering training programs tailored for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Responsibilities will include conducting technical training sessions, creating training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training. The goal is to develop skills and improve performance in alignment with the company's mission and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Trainers and Technical Training skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Training & Development
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to adapt training methods to a variety of learning styles
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry would be advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
