We are looking for a Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing processes, improve production operations, and ensure high-quality output. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and an interest in process optimization and industrial safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities.
  • Improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Troubleshoot machine and process issues to reduce downtime.
  • Work with the maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare production schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards.
  • Support new product development and process implementation.
  • Maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Conduct analysis and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related engineering field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflow and industry practices.
  • Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM (preferred).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement mindset.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
