  • Financial Accounting & Reporting

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently or in teams.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS).
  • Ensure timely preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Manage general ledger entries and perform periodic reconciliations.
  • Auditing & Assurance
  • Conduct internal, statutory, and tax audits as per regulatory requirements.
  • Identify control gaps, risks, and suggest improvements in internal processes.
  • Prepare audit reports and coordinate with auditors for finalization.
  • Taxation & Compliance
  • Manage direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Prepare and file tax returns and ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
  • Advise management on tax planning, savings, and compliance issues.
  • Budgeting & Financial Planning
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Analyze financial performance and variance from projections.
  • Support management in strategic financial decision-making.
  • Corporate Finance & Advisory
  • Assist in fundraising, investment analysis, and capital structuring.
  • Conduct due diligence and valuation for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
  • Advise on financial risk management and cost optimization.
  • Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and other regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain documentation for audits, ROC filings, and board reporting.
  • Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and government departments.
  • Internal Controls & Process Improvement
  • Design and implement internal control systems and financial policies.
  • Automate accounting workflows using ERP or accounting software (Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, etc.).
  • Ensure financial discipline and transparency across departments.
  • Team Coordination & Reporting
  • Supervise junior accountants and review their work for accuracy.
  • Present financial insights and reports to management or board members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
