Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth wellness assessments, including lifestyle, nutrition, fitness, and stress evaluation.
  • Develop customized wellness programs based on client goals and health profiles.
  • Provide evidence-based guidance on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and overall lifestyle habits.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed for optimal results.
  • Educate clients on wellness strategies, preventive health, and sustainable habits.
  • Collaborate with trainers, nutritionists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive wellness solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress reports.
  • Contribute to wellness workshops, events, and digital content creation for Vecura.
  • Ensure a positive, empathetic, client-centered experience at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Wellness, Sports Science, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).BNYS,BSMS,BHMS,BAMS.
  • Certification in wellness coaching, nutrition, fitness, or holistic health (e.g., ACE, ISSA, ICF, INHC) is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in wellness coaching or a health-related field.
  • Strong understanding of holistic wellness, lifestyle medicine, and behavioral change.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create personalized programs and motivate clients effectively.
