About the Role:
The Process Engineer will play a key role in
scaling and optimizing microneedle coating, drying, and packaging systems
for GMP-compliant production of vaccine patches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and optimize
microdispensing and precision coating systems - Develop process control documentation (SOPs, IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Support equipment calibration, pilot batch execution, and validation runs.
- Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams for technology transfer readiness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/ in Mechanical, Bioprocess, or Chemical Engineering or related
- Experience in process engineering, coating, or medical device manufacturing preferred.
- Familiarity with
GMP/ISO 13485
environments desirable.
