CIRRUSLABS is a global consulting and technology solutions company helping businesses drive innovation, agility, and growth. We are expanding our staffing team and seeking dynamic IT Domestic Recruiters to support multiple staffing clients across contract and C2H hiring needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Work on Contract and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) positions across IT skill sets.
  • Source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and innovative channels.
  • Conduct initial screening to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain and manage a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
  • Build strong professional relationships with candidates to ensure high offer-to-join ratio.
  • Ensure compliance with staffing processes and timely updates to recruitment trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in IT Domestic recruitment with proven success in closing contract and C2H roles.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and clients simultaneously.
  • Creative sourcing skills and ability to think out-of-the-box to attract top talent.
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills to manage both candidates and clients.
  • Good understanding of market trends in staffing and IT technologies.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Experience recruiting for ERP Technologies (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Prior experience working with large staffing clients in India.
