Placement Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer to manage campus recruitment activities and ensure high placement rates for our students. The candidate will act as a bridge between the students and industry, assisting students with employability skills and coordinating placement drives with various companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and recruiters.
- Identify potential recruiters and organize campus recruitment drives.
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities and guide them in resume building, interview skills, and overall employability.
- Collaborate with training teams to design and conduct employability training programs (mock interviews, soft skills sessions, etc.).
- Track placement data, maintain records, and prepare placement reports.
- Coordinate with academic teams to understand student strengths and match them with job opportunities.
- Ensure students are well-prepared and meet company requirements during placement activities.
- Act as a liaison between students, alumni, and employers.
- Regularly follow up with placed students and recruiters for feedback.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
