Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates to brief them about current openings for our clients.
  • Source experienced candidates through calls, job portals, references, and networking.
  • Explain job profiles, work conditions, and client expectations clearly to candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and call logs regularly.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and HR/operations teams.
  • Follow up with candidates for interview attendance, document submission, and joining.
  • Meet daily/weekly sourcing and placement targets.
  • Prepare daily recruitment reports and share updates with management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment, or staffing, preferably in the facility management or service industry.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in English and local languages.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, and email handling).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently under targets.
