Position Summary:

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives for our B2B Telecom division. You will be calling business customers to promote telecom solutions. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who want to build a career in sales, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
  • Explain Telecom business plans, offers, and benefits.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable telecom solutions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Work with the team to improve call conversions and performance.
  • Keep updated on latest products and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in tele sales / call center/customer service / inside sales is an advantage.
  • Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome.
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills.
  • Goal-driven with positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
