Location: Remote- India

Skill:- ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, Cloud Asset Discovery, Integration Hub, and Admin support & development experience of 8-9 Years.

  • Certified Service Now administrator and/or Certified Application Developer
  • Minimum 8-9 years' experience working as a ServiceNow developer
  • Expertise in
    Service Now (ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, Integration Hub, and Admin support & development)
  • Experience coding with AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, Ajax, Jelly, Glide, and jQuery
  • Software Integration experience utilizing Web Based API
  • Configures and maintains reconciliation, normalization; administers CMDB; and establishes integrations with data sources as needed
  • Hand on experience in all client side and server side objects of service now like Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policy, Catalog UI Policy, BR, Script Include, ACL, Form Design, Form Layout changes, Workflows(with experience in using major activities in workflow along with activities used for orchestration),UI Action, Ui Context Menu, Transform Maps, configuring DS, writing Email scripts, Email notification, Email Templates, Field Styles, Dynamic Pages, Static Pages
  • Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
  • Good understanding in Service Portal and hands-on experience in Widget, Instance and pages,
  • Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Rules, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
  • Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
  • Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members
