Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
QA and QC Developer
to join our dynamic team in
Delhi
. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. As a QA and QC Developer, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. This is a
contractual position
with an annual salary of
6,00,000
, and we have
4 positions
available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for various software applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
  • Utilize SQL for database testing and validation.
  • Write automated test scripts using Java to improve testing efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality-related issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
  • Work in a rotating schedule and adapt to changing project needs.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and quality control.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database testing.
  • Solid understanding of Java and experience in writing automated test scripts.
  • Familiarity with various testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
