  • Candidates must have 8 to 12 years' experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager on manual & automation testing of ANDROID, iOS and web applications.
  • Experience with the FinTech domain, Wallet platform, Card, POS will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibility: -
  • Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong management ability, strong problem-solving skills, expertise in various information technology FinTech testing applications
  • Experience of collaborating with technical/product team to clarify and refine requirements/user stories.
  • Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, risk, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
  • Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
  • Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering complex projects as an individual contributor and owner within mission-critical teams or products
  • Ensure 100% test coverage across modules/platforms, Review existing test cases & test plans
  • Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous software test issues and determines when software is ready for release, from a testing perspective
  • Work with mobile app automation using Appium on both Android and iOS.
  • Experience in writing test cases, defect logging and test reporting.
  • Review, Develop, publish, and implement test plans. Writes and maintains test automation. Develops quality assurance standards.
  • Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Understating of JIRA, Burp suite & Bugzilla Postman, Android studio, Eclipse with TestNG, Appium inspector, Appium server GUI, Selenium, Web driver, Git, Jmeter, Jenkins
  • Good experience of handling basic database SQL commands.
  • Good understanding of application security fundamentals.

  • Quality assurance managers must possess expert knowledge and experience with information technology testing applications and be directly responsible for continuous evaluation of an organization 's IT framework, quality of data preparation and delivery, and optimal performance of deliverables.
  • Provide direction, performance management, and motivation to QC team to ensure engagement and high-quality performance.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Manage and monitor daily file assignments, reviews completed, and quality of the QC team, including accuracy of findings and criticality rating.
  • Proactively monitor regulatory, policy, and procedural changes to ensure such
  • changes are appropriately reflected in audit and review processes.
  • Strong time-management and project management skills.
  • Contribute in all phases of the test lifecycle (STLC).
  • Maintain an awareness of business solutions particularly in the area of Payment Gateway & POS Platforms.
  • Team player with experience in collaborating across team functions to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO Compliance, must participate in audit and compliance
  • Must know OWASP top 10 vulnerability
  • Creates and implements company quality and process standards.
