About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in Lithium-ion battery packs (for Electric Scooters & E-Rickshaws). The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Hardware BMS design as well as Smart BMS programming & integration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, assemble, and test Lithium-ion battery packs for 2-wheeler & 3-wheeler EV applications.
- Work on Battery Management Systems (BMS) – both hardware design and smart programming.
- Ensure proper cell balancing, safety features, and thermal management in battery packs.
- Conduct troubleshooting, validation, and performance optimization of battery systems.
- Collaborate with R&D team for new product development and technology upgrades.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and EV certifications.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Lithium battery pack development.
- Strong understanding of battery chemistry, cell configuration, and pack design.
- Hands-on experience in Hardware BMS circuits and Smart BMS firmware programming.
- Knowledge of CAN Communication, IoT-based monitoring, and battery diagnostics will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle testing tools, simulation software, and embedded programming.
