Key Responsibilities (Strategy, Team & Performance)

  1. Performance Strategy & Budget Ownership:

  2. Design, own, and execute the end-to-end performance marketing strategy (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting) to drive CPA, LTV, and Lead Quality targets.

  3. Responsible for managing and optimizing the entire digital marketing budget for maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

  4. Team Leadership & Supervision:

  5. Manage, mentor, and guide a small team of Digital Marketing Executives/Associates

  6. Conduct goal setting, performance reviews, and skill development for the team to ensure high standards of execution.

  7. Creative & Content Management:

  8. Oversee the ideation and creation of all marketing content, ensuring brand consistency and performance optimization.

  9. MANDATORY: Proficiency in Graphic Designing/Video Editing is essential for final asset review and hands-on work when needed.

  10. Desirable: Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance and scale creative asset production.

  11. Analytics & Optimization:

  12. Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), CRM, and ad platform data to build dashboards, interpret complex funnels, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

  13. Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts across landing pages and ad creatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3+ years in a core Digital Marketing role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Expertise: Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale paid media budgets and achieving quantifiable results (CPA, ROAS).
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and strong proficiency in a Graphic Design tool.
  • Skills: Strong analytical aptitude, critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership ability to motivate a team.
