Medical Representative(Sales Field Officer)

A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling a company's healthcare products (pharmaceutical or medical products etc.) to healthcare professionals (HCPs) like doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, ensuring strong relationships, achieving sales goals, and expanding market presence. The medical representative will increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Promotion: Present and explain product features, benefits, and scientific data to HCPs to drive prescriptions and usage.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with key healthcare providers.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on medical advancements, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Meetings & Visits: Schedule and conduct regular visits and meetings with HCPs, hospitals, and clinics.
- Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Training & Support: Provide product training and ongoing support to healthcare staff.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales, activities, and market feedback; submit reports to management.
- Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies and analysing the markets who are working in the same pharmaceutical fields.
- Finding New Customers: Identify and develop new customers for the company's pharmaceutical products by exploring untapped markets, visiting new clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals, and building long‑term professional relationships."
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
