Key Technical Skills Required:

  • Lead end-to-end BI projects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Translate complex institutional data problems into actionable BI solutions
  • Develop and implement scalable tabular models and data pipelines
  • Analyze business requirements (BRDs) and validate technical solutions
  • Present analytical insights to stakeholders and conduct walkthrough sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives
  • Perform business analysis, define KPIs, and create reusable BI components
  • Support data modeling from consolidated platforms to enable business-driven self-service analytics
  • Apply strong analytical skills to shape organizational decisions and product/service offerings
