We are seeking an experienced Power BI Specialist who can work independently to design, develop, and implement advanced business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Gather, understand, and translate business requirements into data models and visualisations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance across reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while independently managing deliverables.
  • Continuously improve reporting standards and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven, solid experience as a Power BI Developer/BI Specialist.
  • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Ability to connect and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, cloud systems, etc.).
  • Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
