Below are further details about the role : Role : Oracle FlexCubeBusiness Analyst. Experience : 5-10 years. Location : PAN India. Notice Period : Immediate 30 Days. Responsibilities :

  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
  • Develop use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Gain and maintain deep functional knowledge of Oracle FlexCube modules and functionalities.
  • Analyze the impact of business requirements on FlexCube configurations and customizations.
  • Provide functional guidance and support to development and testing teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and document FlexCube solutions.
  • Develop functional design documents, including data mappings, interface specifications, and configuration details.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and FlexCube best practices.
  • Develop test plans and test cases to validate FlexCube functionality and configurations.
  • Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to share knowledge and gather feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize FlexCube processes and workflows.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support change management activities related to FlexCube implementations and upgrades.
  • Ensure FlexCube solutions comply with relevant banking regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in banking regulations and their impact on FlexCube.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Share FlexCube knowledge and best practices with team members.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain, with a strong focus on Oracle FlexCube.
  • In-depth knowledge of core banking processes and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle FlexCube modules and configurations.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in creating use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills :

  • Oracle FlexCube core banking system.
  • SQL (basic to intermediate).
  • Business process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN).
  • Requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Data analysis and reporting tools (Excel).

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Oracle FlexCube certifications.
  • Experience with FlexCube implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
