Bitcandy is a leading creative agency that provides high-impact design solutions for our clients. We work with a diverse portfolio of companies to help them elevate their brand presence through compelling visual content. We're looking for a talented and dedicated full-time Creative Designer to join our on-site team and directly contribute to the success of our client projects.

The Role

We are seeking an in-house
Creative Designer
to work on a wide array of client-facing projects. You will be a core member of the Bitcandy team, responsible for translating our clients' visions and brand guidelines into stunning, effective designs. This role is ideal for a designer who is eager to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to build a strong portfolio of diverse client work.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create
    a variety of digital and print assets for our clients, including social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, presentations, and brand collateral.
  • Work closely
    with the project management team at Bitcandy to understand client briefs and ensure all design work aligns with their specific goals and brand identity.
  • Manage multiple projects
    from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high quality standards and are completed on time.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication
    with the Bitcandy team to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date
    on the latest design trends and technologies to keep our client offerings fresh and innovative.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of professional experience
    as a Creative Designer or in a similar role within an agency or creative firm.
  • A strong and diverse portfolio
    that showcases your ability to create work for different brands and industries.
  • Expert proficiency
    in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are a must) and Figma.
  • Excellent
    attention to detail
    and a passion for creating polished, professional designs.
  • Strong
    communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
