Business Development Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our sales efforts on international freelancing platforms. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, bidding on projects, and communicating with global clients to grow Softnear's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively scout and bid for relevant IT projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour.
- Proposal Writing: Create high-quality, customized proposals that stand out to potential clients.
- Client Communication: Handle initial inquiries, follow up with leads, and gather project requirements.
- Closing Deals: Convert leads into active projects by demonstrating our technical capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Sales or as a BDE on freelancing platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web/App development, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work under targets and manage multiple client conversations.
Compensation:
- Salary: 20k – 60k (Negotiable based on expertise and past performance).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹20, ₹60,000.00 per month
