Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant / Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions. The role involves working closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align SAP systems with strategic goals, ensure compliance, and integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
  • Configure and manage FICO sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
  • Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, HR, and SuccessFactors; experience in FI-TRM integration, Fund Management, validations, substitutions, workflows, and IDoc/interfaces.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows.
  • Coordinate with ABAP teams for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax, statutory, and audit requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, UAT, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Mentor junior consultants and manage project teams to deliver milestones.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization of existing SAP FICO configurations.

Key Skills:

  • Strong expertise in ECC & S/4HANA with knowledge of data migration tools (e.g., LSMW).
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
