Job Summary:

  • As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant or SAP FICO Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions. You will work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure that SAP systems support strategic financial goals and comply with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and rollouts across global business units.
  • Configure and support SAP modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
  • Knowledge and experience in: FICO & MM integration, SAP FI-TRM integration, Fund Management, different types of interfaces (e.g. ABAP, SAP IDOCs, etc.) between FICO modules and different external systems, FICO validations and substitutions, the workflows
  • Design and implement solutions for financial reporting, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, PP, HR, and SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
  • Manage SAP FICO project teams and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business users.
  • Provide mentorship to junior consultants and support team members.
  • Provide L3 support and resolve complex issues in finance and controlling processes.
  • Optimize existing SAP FICO configurations to improve performance and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and financial regulations.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months
