Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter – Canada Staffing

Location: Hyderabad- Onsite

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter with strong experience in marketing consultants in the Canadian job market. The recruiter will be responsible for promoting bench candidates, developing client/vendor relationships, and ensuring successful project placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants (IT and Non-IT) to clients, vendors, and implementation partners across Canada.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prime vendors, clients, and tier-1 partners.
  • Identify daily requirements from job portals, networking groups, and vendor lists.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
  • Prepare and submit consultants' profiles for open requirements and follow up proactively.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding of consultants.
  • Maintain daily/weekly activity reports and pipeline status.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–4 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter (preferably in Canada staffing).
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Canadian hiring practices, work authorization categories (PR, Citizen, Work Permit, Open Work Permit, International Students, LMIA, etc.).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build long-term vendor and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment/job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed Canada, Monster, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Tools: Familiarity with ATS/CRM and Canadian job portals.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in Canadian business hours.

Nice to Have:

  • Existing vendor/client network in Canada.
  • Proven track record of quick closures and placements.
