Job Description

We are seeking Dutch Language Experts to join our team as Customer Support Executives in Gurugram. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and are fluent in Dutch (C1 certified)

Job Description for a Customer Support Executive

Process Name – Dutch Language

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with their technical queries and providing top-tier support.
  • Should have strong command of Dutch language
  • Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
  • Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, with technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Language requirement: Fluent in Dutch (C1 certified)

Shift Timings - 5 days working – 24*7 shift (9 hours)- 2 rotational week offs

Job Type: Full Time

Remuneration (CTC): 11 Lakhs Per Annum(CTC)
