About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our growing team in Kondhwa, Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in website design, development, security, and maintenance of WordPress-based websites. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
  • Customize themes, plugins, and templates as per project requirements.
  • Ensure website performance, security, and speed optimization.
  • Perform regular website updates, backups, and security checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
  • Collaborate with designers, content teams, and digital marketers to ensure cohesive site functionality and design.
  • Optimize websites for SEO and mobile responsiveness.
  • Maintain version control and proper documentation for all development work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in WordPress design and development.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Knowledge of cPanel, hosting environments, and website deployment.
  • Experience with WordPress security plugins and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance tools.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience with page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce and custom post types.
  • Exposure to website migration and backup tools.
