Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage client inquiries, property site visits, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional events.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Recruit, train, and support the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
