Time Officer / Security Officer – Steel Plant, Ingur (Erode)

Location: Ingur, Erode, Tamil Nadu

Industry: Steel Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: Any degree

Experience: 5–10 years in security or timekeeping roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security policies and emergency response plans tailored to a steel manufacturing environment.
  • Lead the security team, including hiring, training, supervising, and performance management of guards and officers.
  • Oversee entry/exit control of employees, vehicles, contractors, and visitors.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound material movements to prevent pilferage and unauthorized activities.
  • Coordinate with stores and logistics to verify documentation and ensure secure dispatch and receipt of goods.
  • Maintain proper records of security logs, visitor entries, and incident reports.
