1925 The Planters' Café is our next chapter-an elevated café in the heart of Munnar that blends this heritage with modern craft.

We serve a range of beverages and light menu items, including coffee, teas, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, soft drinks, and small snacks, all prepared with a focus on quality and consistency

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) and other menu items.
• Take customer orders and handle cash or card payments at the billing counter.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Train and guide junior baristas; supervise daily beverage and menu operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and equipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Operate and care for coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment; perform basic maintenance.

Skills and Qualities

• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of coffee and menu items: Understanding coffee types, drink recipes, and preparation methods is essential.
• Advanced espresso and milk-texturing skills; latte art experience is a plus.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail for consistent quality of drinks and menu items.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
