We serve a range of beverages and light menu items, including coffee, teas, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, soft drinks, and small snacks, all prepared with a focus on quality and consistency

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve the full menu-specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and light food items such as soft-serve and snacks.
• Take customer orders and process payments using the POS (Point-of-Sale) system.
• Deliver warm, efficient customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep the bar, seating area, and equipment clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and overall daily operations.
• Support senior baristas and flex as an all-rounder wherever needed on the floor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.

Skills & Qualities

• Friendly, customer-focused communicator.
• Basic understanding of coffee drinks and beverage prep, or a quick learner with genuine interest.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Eager to learn new café skills and grow within the team.
• Some experience in a café, restaurant, or beverage service role is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
