Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Head (Finance & Accounts) to lead the finance and accounting function at ViaTerra Gear and work directly with the company's Director.

The role involves managing all accounting operations, statutory compliances, financial reporting, audits, and MIS preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance & Accounts team and oversee daily accounting operations.
  • Ensure timely statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Manage monthly entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Verify tax workings and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Prepare Financial Statements – Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, etc.
  • Work on Tally ERP and Zoho Books for accounting and reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual and quarterly audits.
  • Stay updated with changes in GST, IT & allied laws to ensure full compliance.
  • Support management with financial planning and analysis projects.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified CA / CMA preferred.
  • CA Finalists with relevant experience may also apply.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Strong command over Tally ERP, Zoho Books, and Advanced Excel.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, finalization, and tax computation.
  • Working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in E-Commerce or Manufacturing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
