Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated lawyer to join our team at our Bangalore office. This is a growth-oriented role designed for a candidate who is eager to take on complex legal work across varied domains and is looking for a steep learning curve with hands-on client exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate software and technology contracts including SaaS, licensing, cloud services, and product development agreements.

  • Advise clients on IP protection, registration strategies, licensing structures, and IP diligence during investments or acquisitions.

  • Assist with data protection and technology law compliance.

  • Contribute to structuring and vetting of commercial and cross-border agreements involving IP and IT elements.

  • Research and track emerging regulatory trends in technology, privacy, and IP law.

Legal Drafting & Advisory: Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, employment agreements, cross-border instruments, and regulatory filings.

Contract Lifecycle Management: Help clients structure and manage contracts across procurement, vendor, IP, services, and technology categories.

Investment Transactions: Support on transaction structuring, due diligence, term sheet drafting, closing documentation, and post-closing compliances for venture capital, private equity, and strategic investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputed institution.

3 - 5 years of experience in relevant practice areas. Freshers with strong internships will also be considered.

Excellent legal drafting and research skills.

Strong understanding of commercial and corporate laws.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines.
