This is a growth-oriented role designed for a candidate who is eager to take on complex legal work across varied domains and is looking for a steep learning curve with hands-on client exposure.Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate software and technology contracts including Saa S, licensing, cloud services, and product development agreements.- Advise clients on IP protection, registration strategies, licensing structures, and IP diligence during investments or acquisitions.- Assist with data protection and technology law compliance.- Contribute to structuring and vetting of commercial and cross-border agreements involving IP and IT elements.- Research and track emerging regulatory trends in technology, privacy, and IP law.Legal Drafting & Advisory: Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, employment agreements, cross-border instruments, and regulatory filings.Contract Lifecycle Management: Help clients structure and manage contracts across procurement, vendor, IP, services, and technology categories.Investment Transactions: Support on transaction structuring, due diligence, term sheet drafting, closing documentation, and post-closing compliances for venture capital, private equity, and strategic investments.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law (LL. B.) from a reputed institution.3 - 5 years of experience in relevant practice areas. Freshers with strong internships will also be considered.Excellent legal drafting and research skills.Strong understanding of commercial and corporate laws.Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines.
