Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Art & Movement Therapist to join our team at Cadabam's Amitha Rehabilitation Centre and Cadabam's Hospital. The role involves using expressive therapies to support clients' emotional, psychological, and social well-being in both rehab and hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver therapy sessions using art, music, and movement-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and rehabilitation specialists.
  • Maintain progress records and contribute to treatment planning.
  • Encourage client participation to enhance communication, confidence, and coping skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Psychology, Expressive Arts Therapy, Movement Therapy, or related field.
  • Relevant certification in Art Therapy / Movement Therapy / Expressive Arts Therapy (preferred).
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in mental health, rehabilitation, or hospital settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, creativity, and a passion for mental health care.
