•Administration and optimization of enterprise-scale, multi-tier BI and data platforms.

•Solve complex, high-impact problems that influence business strategy and operations.

•Translate highly technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

•Collaborate effectively with different across the enterprise and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

•Design, develop, and enhance software applications to meet evolving business needs.

•Drive performance improvements through code optimization and architectural enhancements.

•Ensure 24x7x365 application availability, reliability, and stability.

•Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and implement corrective actions.

•Manage timely resolution of production issues, consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs.

•Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.

•Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize and resolve production issues efficiently.

Qualifications - External- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

•Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.

•Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development and platform administration.

•Proficiency in Python and React for application development.

•Hands-on experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and proc SQL .

•Strong SQL skills for optimizing queries on large datasets and platform metadata.

•Strong skills with automation tools like Power Automate, shell scripting, or PowerShell.

•Copilot (Github, Azure, etc.): Code Generation, Test case generation, Error troubleshooting and code refactoring, Insights Generation, etc.

•Microsoft Copilot Studio + Power Automate : Create AI Agents for Automation and Productivity enhancement (nice to have) .

•Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare domain.

•2+ years of experience in Windows and Unix administration.

•1.5+ years of experience with Azure cloud services.

•Experience with Terraform for managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) based platforms.

•Familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus.

•Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.

•Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

•Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to justify technical choices.

•Demonstrated expertise in debugging, data analysis, and vulnerability management.

•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

•Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across teams and leadership levels.
