About Constems-AI:

Constems-AI specializes in real-time AI solutions for retail visibility, compliance tracking, and analytics, helping global brands optimize operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain AI and deep learning models for real-time retail analytics.
  • Work on computer vision, NLP, and data processing pipelines.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production.
  • Research and propose innovative AI techniques to enhance existing systems.
  • Mentor junior AI engineers and monitor model performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, preferably with a focus on computer vision.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with large-scale data pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Academic excellence: 90%+ in school and 8+ CGPA in B.Tech.
  • Able to join immediately.
