Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coffee Professional based in Hyderabad. The Coffee Professional will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, ensuring a stellar customer experience, educating customers about products, and maintaining café equipment. Duties also include managing inventory, upholding cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting promotional events or workshops.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in coffee preparation techniques such as espresso extraction, brewing methods, and latte art
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, including communication and interpersonal skills for delivering exceptional service
  • Understanding of café operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety guidelines
  • Passion for coffee, eagerness to learn, and ability to educate customers about specialty coffee and brewing processes
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
