Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and excels at collaborating directly with customers. The role requires strong ownership across implementation, product adoption, and continuous improvement.

We are actively hiring candidates based in Hyderabad, and immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Delivery

  • Conduct and lead product demonstrations for potential and existing clients

· Manage product onboarding, configuration, implementation, and post-go-live support

  • Engage with clients on-site and remotely, including frequent travel to client locations as per business requirement

Product Enhancements & Coordination

  • Translate customer feedback into clear, actionable inputs to support the product roadmap

· Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution and feature rollouts

  • Maintain, update, and enhance product documentation and training materials for internal and client use

Training & Adoption

  • Deliver training sessions to client teams and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor implementation success and proactively drive adoption metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to align on product updates, positioning, and success strategies

Incident & Issue Resolution

  • Monitor incidents and issues logged by clients on an ongoing basis
  • Take proactive ownership to resolve issues independently or by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure timely communication and closure of all customer-reported concerns

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist, or in a similar customer-facing role (EdTech or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management principles

· Demonstrated capability in client communication, product demos, and implementation delivery

  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and execution discipline
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to client locations
  • Must be currently based in Hyderabad
  • Immediate joiners preferred
